Casa Turrent Serie 1973 cigars are named for the birth year of A. Turrent president, Alejandro Turrent. Donned in twin, dark blue bands, this box-pressed selection has a core blend of high-priming Mexican San Andrés Criollo and Nicaraguan tobaccos draped in a dark, Mexican San Andrés Criollo wrapper. Like the Casa Turrent 1942 series, the 1973 is medium to full in body and designed to show-off A. Turrent’s luscious Criollo tobaccos – all of which have been aged at least four years.

According to Alejandro Turrent, the Serie 1973 is “the smoothest and richest in sweetness” of the three Casa Turrent Serie selections. Once lit, the blend offers a creamy, well-balanced smoke with notes of oak, leather, sweet spice, espresso, pepper, and subtle hints of dark chocolate. Both experienced and newer cigar smokers will find the Casa Turrent Serie 1973 easy to smoke, and remarkably satisfying.
